Standard & Poor's and MSCI have announced the completion of the annual revision of the GICS structure by which all securities in all S&P and MSCI indices worldwide are classified. As a result of these changes, the GICS structure will be comprised of 10 Sectors, 24 Industry Groups, 62 Industries and 132 Sub-Industries. The changes are effective after the close of trading on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 and a list of the S&P/TSX Composite and Canadian Income Trust Indices constituents affected by these changes will be made available no later than Tuesday, April 15, 2003.
