New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) welcomes Glass Earth Limited (GEL) to the NZAX Market today as an Overseas Listed Issuer.
Glass Earth is a New Zealand based gold exploration company focused on discovery and development of gold and other mineral deposits in New Zealand.
NZX Market Developments Manager, Geoff Brown said NZX was pleased to welcome Glass Earth as the first Overseas Listed Issuer on the NZAX Market. ”The NZAX is an ideal environment for innovative enterprises seeking efficient means to raise capital for growth. Glass Earth is evidence that innovation is alive and well in New Zealand,” said Brown.
This issue involves an initial public offering of 40,000,000 shares, and 20,000,000 options. All subscribers of shares received 1 option for every 2 shares issued.
Both shares and options will be quoted on the NZAX Market under the security codes GEL and GELOA from 10am today.
