GL TRADE Americas Starts 2005 With A Successful UBIX Implementation At Farr Financial

GL TRADE, one of the leading providers of electronic trading, clearing and settlement solutions, today announces the successful implementation of its UBIX system at FARR FINANCIAL, for their derivatives clearing and settlement. Farr Financial principally focuses on retail trading on the global futures exchanges as a non-clearing member. They were ranked among the top 50 FCM's by Futures Magazine.

GL TRADE was chosen because of the competitive edge provided by its platform and software. FARR FINANCIAL feed their accounts, commission, fees set-ups and their trades from their front-end interface directly into UBIX through real time APIs, which requires no manual intervention. The open architecture offered by UBIX also allows clearing and settlement data to be sent back to their front-end.

FARR FINANCIAL is the first customer in the US to operate the newly developed Forex module of UBIX.
