Geir Heggem Appointed Chief Financial Officer Of Oslo Børs

Geir Heggem has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Oslo Børs. Heggem succeeds Hege Sjo, who has been appointed head of the new Market Department at Oslo Børs.

Geir Heggem joined Oslo Børs in 1997, and was acting Chief Financial Officer from February 2001 to January 2002. Prior to this he worked in the Equity Markets Department with responsibilities that included listing applications and monitoring listed companies´ compliance with the duty of disclosure. In addition to managing the accounting and finance function of Oslo Børs, Geir Heggem will be responsible for Investor Relations. Heggem is an MBA graduate and a State Authorised Public Accountant.
