Futures & Options On The RTS: Market Participants' Activity Reaches Record Level

On July 17th, 2003, FORTS (Futures & Options on the RTS) market participants showed the record level of activity - 5 622 transactions, 14% up on the previous record of 4 916 transactions posted on May 21, 2003.

5 464 transactions were executed in futures, 158 - in options, with total volume of 1,7 billion rubles and 247 thousand contracts.
