Futop Clearing Centre Managing Director Resigns Office

This is to notify that Mr Tyge Vorstrup Rasmussen, Managing Director of the FUTOP Clearing Centre Ltd. and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange Ltd. will resign office from his positions by the end of April 2000, completing his remaining tasks before the Summer break.

Mr. Rasmussen attempts new challenges having worked with the derivatives market for 10 years. The merger between the Copenhagen Stock Exchange and the FUTOP Clearing Centre has now been completely implemented and the strategic choices for the future of the Danish derivatives market have been analysed.
