FTSE Index Reviews - September 2004

FTSE Group, the global index provider, will announce the regular quarterly changes to the FTSE UK Index Series (including the FTSE 100, FTSE 250 and FTSE All-Share indices) on Wednesday 8th September 2004.

The review of the indices will be prepared by FTSE Group, using close of business figures from Tuesday 7th September 2004 and confirmed by the independent FTSE Committee on Wednesday 8th September.

Any changes approved by the Committee to these FTSE indices will be implemented at market close on Friday 17th September 2004.

In addition, changes to the FTSEurofirst 80, FTSEurofirst 100 and FTSEurofirst 300 indices will be announced on Thursday 9th September. Changes to the leading SRI index series, FTSE4Good, will be announced on Monday 13th September.
