If the FTSE All-World Review PDF does not open
A number of users have experienced problems opening the PDF documents (e.g. seeing blank screens). This is because certain combinations of Internet Explorer and Acrobat can cause problems with viewing PDF files within Internet Explorer. To resolve this problem, Microsoft offers the following solution: Open Adobe Acrobat Reader. In the File menu, click Preferences, and then click General. Click to clear the Web Browser Integration check box and then click OK. When you click a link to a pdf file, you are offered two options in the File Download dialogue box either: a) 'Save the file to disk' or b) 'Open file from current location'. If you choose to save the file, double click on it when it is saved and it should open in Acrobat Reader 4. If you choose to open the pdf in its current location, it should open the file in Acrobat Reader 4 and not in Internet Explorer.
