27th listing on Euronext in 2025
Euronext today congratulates FSDV (formerly Groupe BMG), a family-owned and independent player in the commercial property sector in France, on its listing on Euronext Paris, following a reverse takeover (ticker code: FSDV).
At the crossroads of environmental performance and the evolution of building usages, FSDV, as a property industrial player, deploys an innovative strategy based on three strategic sectors: la foncière BMG (the BMG property management), coworking spaces under the B’CoWorker brand, and off-site construction led by Cir PREFA. With 800,000 m² of assets in metropolitan France, spread across more than 160 sites, including 22 coworking spaces, FSDV operates across the entire property value chain: from land acquisition to property management, workspace rental, to design, construction, and site management. Present in most metropolitan regions, the group relies on a significant territorial network, with locations in Bordeaux (Le Spi or Le Bridge), Sophia-Antipolis (Arcole), Lille, Marseille (Parc de la Renardière), Strasbourg (Le Twins), and Angers (Le Trigone).
FSDV was listed through the admission to trading on 1 July 2025 of the 14,435,918 shares making up its equity, resulting from a share contribution transaction (14,285,668) for which the beneficiary is FAYENCERIES DE SARREGUEMINES, DIGOIN & VITRY LE FRANCOIS, as part of a reverse takeover.
FSDV is an alumnus of IPOready Private, Euronext’s pre-IPO educational programme for medium-sized enterprises. IPOready Private assists executives of medium-sized enterprises considering an IPO by providing them with exclusive tools and insight from industry leaders, advisors and experts, helping them prepare for a potential listing.
Louis Ramé, Chairman of FSDV and Nicolas Ramé, Managing Director of the Managing Board of FSDV, said: “This is an important and defining new chapter we are opening today for our group. FSDV is, first and foremost, the continuity of an independent, family-owned group with strong roots in the territories, but also of the name of a long-standing company that carries over 300 years of French history and expertise. It is also a change in scale for our group, which will allow us to accelerate our development while staying true to what we have been building for years: property designed to concretely meet the expectations of businesses. Our ambition is clear: to continue to put forward a new generation of buildings. Places to live, to work, to connect. Places useful to businesses and useful to the territories.”
