From The Meeting Of The Oslo Børs Board On 27 August 2003

At its meeting 27 August 2003 the Board of Oslo Børs upheld its earlier decision to delist OHI ASA's shares. The matter will be referred to the Oslo Børs appeals committee.

The decision to delist the shares of OHI ASA (formerly Odim Hitec ASA) was taken by the Oslo Børs Board on 25 June 2003. OHI appealed the delisting on 23 July, and the appeal was considered at today's meeting at which the Oslo Børs Board upheld its earlier decision. The matter is to be referred to the Oslo Børs appeals committee. P> OHI's suitability for listing was based on an overall assessment of the company's failure to meet the listing conditions and the deadlines for presenting financial statements.
