French Derivatives Markets Open on July 14

On Wednesday July 14, which is a French national day, trading in MATIF and MONEP financial futures and related options will be open through the NSC electronic system in accordance with the following timetable: Futures and options for interest-rate and indices contracts: pre-opening from 08:45 to 09:00 (Paris time), trading session from 09:00 to 17:00. Futures and options for commodities contracts: pre-opening from 10:30 to 10:45 (Paris time), trading session from 10:45 to 17:00 without trading halt. Trading in equity options will be closed on July 14. The decision to open markets, which electronic trading has made possible, reflects the desire of participants to have continued access to MATIF and MONEP products and control their positions on what are business days in most other countries.
