Frankfurt Stock Exchange Final Trading Session For 2005 And Trading Calendar 2006

The final trading session takes place on Friday, 30 December 2005. Other than is usually the case, trading on this day will take place on the trading floor from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. CET. In this context we refer to article 5 (5) of the terms and conditions for transactions on FWB Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (closing time).

The Xetra® electronic trading system will be available from 7.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m on this day. The opening auction and the intraday auction for shares and (company-issued) warrants take place as usual. The call phase for the closing auction starts at 2 p.m. for all instruments. The last prices are determined from 2.05 p.m. onwards at the earliest. The post-trading phase will start directly afterwards and ends at 3 p.m.

In 2006 there will be trading Mondays to Fridays, with the exception of 14 April, 17 April, 1 May, 25 December and 26 December at FWB® Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange).
