The common shares and rights of APW Ltd., a spin-off of Applied Power, Inc., headquartered in Waukesha, Wis., began trading on a when-issued basis on July 24, under the symbol APW WI. APW Ltd. is the integrated electronics enclosures business of Applied Power, Inc. The company joins the Exchange as an original listing.

The common shares of Spinnaker Exploration Co., headquartered in Houston, Texas, began trading on July 26, under the symbol SKE. Spinnaker Exploration is focused on exploration, development and production of natural gas and oil. The company joins the NYSE as a transfer from Nasdaq.

The American depositary shares of Serono S.A., headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, began trading on July 27, under the symbol SRA. Serono is a biotechnology company which uses human genetic information to discover and manufacture therapeutic products for the treatment of human disease. The company joins the Exchange as an initial public offering.

The common shares of TyCom Ltd., a carve-out of Tyco International, headquartered in Exeter, NH, began trading on July 27, under the symbol TCM. TyCom is a leading independent provider of undersea fiber-optic networks and services. The company joins the NYSE as an original listing.

The common shares of Northwest Natural Gas Company, headquartered in Portland, Ore., began trading on July 27, under the symbol NWN. Northwest Natural Gas distributes natural gas to customers in western Oregon and southwestern Washington. The company joins the Exchange as an initial public offering.
