First Trust ISE Global Engineering And Construction Index Fund Lists On NYSE Arca

 

First Trust ISE Global Engineering and Construction Index Fund (the “Fund”) (NYSE Arca: FLM) is a series of the First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund II, an investment company and an exchange-traded "index fund." The investment objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of the ISE Global Engineering and Construction Index.  The Index provides a benchmark for investors interested in tracking public companies throughout the world that are active in the engineering and construction industries, based on analysis of the products and services offered by those companies. As of September 19, 2008, there were 68 stocks that comprised the Index, of which, 54 were issued by non-U.S. issuers, which represented approximately 75% of the Index. The issuers that comprised the Index represented 16 countries and traded on 18 exchanges throughout the world.
