Fintech Convergence Council (FCC) Partners With Monetary Authority Of Singapore (MAS) To Host Singapore Fintech Festival In December 2020

Fintech Convergence Council (FCC) after successfully hosting the largest Virtual Fintech Conference - Global Fintech Fest in the month of July 2020, has now partnered with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as Global Satellite Event Partner for Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF) to host the India leg of   Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF), in December 2020 for the second edition of its SFF x SWITCH event in collaboration with Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology.


Set against a backdrop of global challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s SFF x SWITCH a Physical & Digital (Hybrid) version of the event will take place between December 7 and 11, 2020, and is centered around the theme “People and Talent.”  This year, SFF is being organized in a unique hybrid format. It will bring together - a network of physical events (by-invitation-only) held in some 40 cities around the world; connected to a digital platform that will be available 24 hours a day over 5 days to reach a global audience.

The India Leg of Singapore Fintech Fest (SFF) will be held in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The content is jointly created by Fintech Convergence Council (FCC) & United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF)

The entire SFF 2020 hybrid conference will have five dedicated summits. The Economic Summit, The Infrastructure Summit, The Impact Summit, The Investor Summit, and the Talent Summit.

The Global Conference will include many speakers from India such as Mr.  Uday Kotak, Managing Director of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mr. Dinesh Khara, Chairman State Bank of India, Mr. Vijay Shekar Sharma, Founder and CEO, Paytm, Mr. Naveen Surya, Founder and Director at So Hum Bharat Digital Payments Pvt. Ltd & Chairman Fintech Convergence Council (FCC), Mr. Amrish Rau, CEO of PineLabs , Ms. Smita Aggarwal, Global Investments Advisor, Flourish Ventures and many others.

Other events to look forward to this year include Deal Fridays (India). For the first time there is  a curated session matching Indian start-ups with global investors. This platform would provide a unique opportunity to early stage fintech start-ups from India to pitch and have one on one meetings with broad spectrum of investors looking for investment opportunities in India
