FIA today announced the election of two new members to its board of directors: Tom Kadlec, president of ADM Investor Services, and George Simonetti, managing director and head of Markets Clearing and Futures Execution in Wells Fargo Securities’ Markets Division.
“I’m pleased to welcome Tom Kadlec and George Simonetti to FIA’s board,” said Walt Lukken, president and CEO of FIA. “Their addition contributes to the diversity of talent represented on our board, and I’m looking forward to working with them as we continue to expand our service to our industry.”

Background:
Tom Kadlec joined ADM Investor Services in 1990 as division controller in charge of accounting, treasury and risk. As ADMIS grew, he became chief financial officer and in 2007 he was promoted to senior vice president with the additional responsibilities of the IT and marketing departments. In 2010, Kadlec was named president of ADMIS. He has been a member of Archer Daniels Midland Company’s Integrated Risk Committee since 2008. He also serves on the CME Group’s Clearing House Committee.
George Simonetti is a managing director and head of Markets Clearing and Futures Execution in Wells Fargo Securities’ Markets Division. He is responsible for the expansion and oversight of Wells Fargo’s derivatives clearing and futures execution businesses within the FCM. Prior to assuming his current role in 2012, Simonetti was head of Operations for Wells Fargo Securities, where he was responsible for Wells Fargo’s Global Markets and Investment Banking Operations group.
George Simonetti is a managing director and head of Markets Clearing and Futures Execution in Wells Fargo Securities’ Markets Division. He is responsible for the expansion and oversight of Wells Fargo’s derivatives clearing and futures execution businesses within the FCM. Prior to assuming his current role in 2012, Simonetti was head of Operations for Wells Fargo Securities, where he was responsible for Wells Fargo’s Global Markets and Investment Banking Operations group.
