FFastFill And Trading Technologies Agree Partnership To Provide X Trader As A Service

Date 04/08/2005

FFastFill Plc (“FFastFill”) and Trading Technologies International, Inc. (“TT”) today announced a partnership agreement that allows FFastFill to deliver TT’s X Trader software using FFastFill’s high reliability application service. TT’s X Trader incorporates their MD Trader technology and is used extensively within the global professional trading community. FFastFill delivers trading applications for the derivatives community as a service from its facilities in London and Chicago. This service is of exceptionally high quality since all elements of the infrastructure have been engineered to meet the exacting requirements of the trading community.

This new service will be provided by integrating TT’s X Trader front-end trading screen with FFastFill’s multi-asset class global order book, exchange connectivity and other middle office software and providing both components or the complete system as a fully managed service.

Said Keith Todd, Executive Chairman and CEO, FFastFill, “I am delighted to be partnering with Trading Technologies to deliver their X Trader software as a service. This underlines our strategy and demonstrates the flexibility of our new generation service architecture to integrate best-of-breed functionality from a wide variety of suppliers into a single consistent service. This agreement will provide FFastFill with a uniquely competitive service for the professional trading community to add to the highly competitive offerings we already have for the broking market and, through our agreement with Reuters, for the Fx community.”

Harris Brumfield, CEO of TT said, “X Trader is the software of choice for large sections of the professional trading community. I am delighted that we have been able to link up with FFastFill’s high quality application service. We believe that this new offer can expand the market for X Trader to users who would like to use the functionality.”
