New listings
The number of new listings experienced a large decrease following the surge observed in 2021. Delistings, most of them voluntary, have increased.
There was a strong net growth of listings for the industrials and health care sectors.
The most common way of listing is through an IPO, followed by direct listings and private placements.
The IPO Database includes detailed information on individual IPOs on all FESE members.

Following an IPO, the number of employees and revenues usually increase.
In the last years, the initial size of companies doing an IPO has decreased.
