Ferrari, Italy’s Luxury Car Manufacturer, Lists €500,000,000 1.500 Per Cent Notes Due 16 March 2023 On The Irish Stock Exchange

Ferrari, the Italian luxury car manufacturer, has listed debt securities on the Main Securities Market (MSM) of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).

This is the first debt issuance from Ferrari since their Initial Public Offering on October 2015. The €500,000,000 notes, approved by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) on the 14 of March 2016, have an issue price of 98.977 per cent and will mature on the 16March 2023.

These debt listings follow other high profile Italian listings such as: Fiat, Prada, Alitalia, Enel, Telecom Italia, Radio Televisione Italiana, Mediobanca, Banca IMI, etc.
