The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced its approval of the application under section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act by Goldman Sachs Bank USA, New York, New York, to assume certain deposits of, and acquire certain assets from, GE Capital Bank, Holladay, Utah.
