Federal Financial Markets Service Registers New Clearing Rules Of The RTS Clearing Center And The Guarantee Fund Guidelines

On June 7 th , 2005, Federal Financial Markets Service registered Clearing rules of the closed joint-stock company “RTS Clearing Center” approved on April 15 th, 2005. The new Rules encompass activities conducted by joint-stock company “RTS Stock Exchange”.

On June 7 th , 2005, Federal Financial Markets Service approved the Guarantee Fund Guidelines covering creation, placement and rules of usage of the RTS Stock Exchange guarantee fund. Guidelines were issued on April 15 th, 2005.

The new Clearing Rules and Guarantee Fund Guidelines will take effect when trading activities on FORTS are transferred to the joint-stock company “RTS Stock Exchange”.
