UK's Financial Conduct Authority Issues Warning Notice Statement

The FCA have issued a Warning Notice Statement today. This is the third time FCA have issued a Warning Notice Statement since it was given the power to do so by the Financial Services Act 2012. The Government’s principal rationale for giving the FCA this power was to promote early transparency of enforcement proceedings.
