- The Dow Jones STOXX 50 Index closed at 3308.61 on February 26, 2008, 10 years after its launch.
- The index gained 10.27%.
- Within the last 10 years, the Dow Jones STOXX 50 Index hit its all-time high record close on May 2, 2000, closing at 5183.24. Its all-time low was on March 12, 2003, closing at 1909.05.
- Among the 50 original components of the Dow Jones STOXX 50 Index, 25 are still in the index.
