Myklebust replaces Harald Espedal, who on 24 August announced his resignation as a member of the boards of Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA and Oslo Børs ASA.
Roy O. Myklebust is 47 years old and is a private investor and financial advisor. Until 2015 he spent 23 years as an investment banking partner at ABG Sundal Collier. He is Master of Science in Business Administration (Siviløkonom) fom NHH in Bergen. Roy is a Norwegian citizen.
An Extraordinary General Meeting of Oslo Børs ASA today elected Ottar Ertzeid as new board member.
