The merger involves the exchange of four newly issued shares in Oslo Børs Holding ASA for each share in Verdipapirsentralen Holding ASA. The merger is expected to come into force in September 2007, but is subject to conditions including approval by the relevant authorities.
On the basis of input from the election committees of Oslo Børs Holding ASA and Verdipapirsentralen Holding ASA, the Extraordinary General Meeting elected the following Board of Directors and Election Committee with effect from the merger coming into force.
