Exclusion Of Precision Drilling (US) From The S&P ADR Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P ADR Indices effective after the close of trading on Friday, November 4, 2005:
  • Precision Drilling (US) (Canada, NYSE: PDS, CUSIP: 74022D100, Sedol: 2107619) will be excluded from the S&P ADR Index. The shareholders recently approved the proposed conversion of the company into an income trust.
Following is a summary of the announced changes:
