- Mitchells & Butlers PLC (ADR) (Great Britain, NYSE: MLB, CUSIP: 60668M207, Sedol: 2192552) will be excluded from the S&P ADR Indices. The company has decided to delist its shares from NYSE.
- WMC Resources Limited (ADR) (Australia, NYSE: WMC, CUSIP: 92928R106, Sedol: 2127424) will be excluded from the S&P ADR Indices. BHP Billiton Limited has successfully completed it acquisition of more than 70% of WMC Resources Limited.
