Ex-Associate Partner At IBM Joins Bovill, The International Regulatory Consultancy

Bovill, the financial services regulatory consultancy, has today announced that Philip Halford has joined its London office.

Philip has over 30 years of experience in the international Financial Services industry, working specifically across the Banking and Insurance sectors. He has held a number of high-profile roles serving as EMEA Director of Claims Governance, Risk and Counter Fraud for Zurich Insurance and as Associate Partner at IBM where he worked on its Global Insurance Counter Fraud programme. Philip has also held the role of Head of Financial Crime Prevention Unit at Permanent TSB bank.

At Bovill, Philip offers clients a deep understanding of the practical challenges they face and provides informed strategic, operational and technical advice across AML, Sanctions, Fraud, and Security.
