Europe’s Largest Equity Financing Forum Returns To Frankfurt In November - 4,000 Participants Expected At The 2006 German Equity Forum - German Equity Forum Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary

From 27 to 29 November, Deutsche Börse and KfW Mittelstandsbank will be holding the Fall 2006 German Equity Forum in Frankfurt/Main for the tenth time. The forum is Europe’s largest and most successful platform for capital-seeking late stage SMEs, as well as for listed companies. The successful development of the German Equity Forum also reflects the rapid progression and increasing professionalism in various different areas of the stock markets. As a result, the conference program will provide a retrospective review and, most importantly, present an outlook for capital market trends. Over 4,000 investors, analysts, entrepreneurs and intermediaries are expected on the three days of the German Equity Forum.

The German Equity Forum offers participants a varied program including company presentations, workshops and panel discussions on current issues covering all aspects of corporate financing. In addition to a REITs forum, companies and market participants from China, Russia and Ukraine will be holding presentations in a series of country forums. Participants can expect further innovations and interesting new capital market studies.

Ten years after it was held for the first time, the forum has successfully established itself as the largest networking platform. 200 listed companies will also be presenting their figures for the third quarter as part of an investor and analyst conference. Additionally, 50 non-listed companies will be introducing themselves to a broad group of venture capital and private equity investors, attempting to secure equity financing.
