European Commission Inspects Euronext Offices In Paris, Amsterdam And London On Basis Of Article 20, Paragraph 4 Of Council Regulation N° 1/2003 - Cross-Border Competition

On July 22, 2004, the European Commission conducted an inspection in the Euronext offices in Paris, Amsterdam and London on the basis of article 20, paragraph 4 of Council Regulation N° 1/2003.

This inspection concerns the fee rebates and incentives related to the trading of Dutch securities on Euronext.

Euronext is cooperating fully with the inspection and is entirely confident about its outcome.
