Euronext Withdraws Its Indicative Offer For Allfunds

Euronext, the leading pan-European market infrastructure, today announced that it has informed the Board of Allfunds that Euronext withdraws its indicative offer to acquire 100% of Allfunds’ share capital.

This follows the statement regarding recent press speculations published on 22 February 2023¹.
