Following the official result of the takeover bid by a consortium of investment, VDXK Acquisition, for the company Vendex KBB (Next 150), Vendex KBB will be removed from the Next 150 Index effective Thursday 1 July 2004.
Effect on the review results, effective date 1 July 2004
As a result of the takeover of Vendex KBB, the French company STEF TFE, will be included in the Next 150 Index as of Thursday 1 July 2004.
