Euronext Shareholders Meeting – Does de Willebois

Today Euronext N.V. published a notice convening an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Euronext N.V. to notify Euronext N.V.’s shareholders on the intended appointment of Joost van der Does de Willebois as member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V. with effect from 1 November 2004. This notice was published in various newspapers.
