Following the official result of the takeover bid by Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (N100) for French company's Lapeyre (Next 150), Lapeyre will be removed from the Next 150 Index.
The following change for the Next 150 index will be effective as of Wednesday 27 February 2002.
The highest ranking non-constituent by market capitalisation as at the close of business 21 February 2002, replaces Lapeyre in the Next 150 Index. Following ranking analysis, the Dutch company Rodamco Asia will enter the Next 150 index as of Wednesday 27 February 2002
