Euronext Response To OFT Announcement

Euronext announced yesterday: “Euronext N.V. (“Euronext”) notes today’s OFT announcement and confirms that it will work closely with the Competition Commission.

Euronext is convinced that it is the natural partner for London Stock Exchange plc (“LSE”) and that a combination of Euronext and LSE would benefit users and create significant value for shareholders in both companies.”
