Euronext: Koninklijke Volker Wessels Stevin Removed From Next 150 Index - New composition Of Next 150 Index

Following the official result of the takeover bid by the Dutch company Victor Rijssen B.V. for the Dutch company Koninklijke Volker Wessels Stevin N.V. (Next 150), Koninklijke Volker Wessels Stevin will be removed from the Next 150 Index effective Tuesday 27 May 2003.

In accordance with the rules of the Next 150 Index the removed company will not be replaced immediately, but at the next quarterly review (effective 1 July 2003). As of Tuesday 27 May 2003, the Next 150 Index will consist of 149 companies.
