- IHC Caland will be included in the AEX index.
- None of the 24 current constituents will be removed from the AEX index.
Provided that no mergers, takeovers, changes of free-float percentages, delistings or the like, take place in the interim, the following changes will be made to the Amsterdam Midkap index with effect from Tuesday 4 March 2003:
- Rodamco Europe, Wereldhave, Corio, VastNed Offices/Industrial, Heijmans, VastNed Retail, Koninklijke Boskalis Westminster, Rodamco Asia, Koninklijke Vopak and United Services Group will be included in the Amsterdam Midkap index.
- IHC Caland, Corus, Koninklijke Nedlloyd, Ordina, Amstelland MDC, PinkRoccade, Laurus and Unit 4 Agresso will be removed from the Amsterdam Midkap index.
Under the rules of the AEX index and the Amsterdam Midkap index, each index is reweighted annually on the first trading day of March, unless the value of turnover in the index's constituents on that day is less than 95% of the index's market capitalisation.
