Euronext: First Day's Trading For New Air France Shares Following Exchange Offer For KLM

The 45,938,857 new shares issued by Air France, soon to become Air France-KLM, in connection with its exchange offer for KLM were today simultaneously admitted to trading on Euronext markets in Amsterdam and Paris.

With effect from today, the company replaces KLM in the Euronext Amsterdam Midcap index. It also has options traded in Amsterdam on Euronext.liffe, the Euronext derivatives market.

The company remains a component stock of the SBF 120 and Euronext 100 indices.
