Euronext: Buy Back Program

Pursuant to its buy back program, Euronext N.V. holds at as 15 September, 2004, 5.07% of its own shares which break down as follows:

• 3.77% of shares acquired under the share buy back program adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 May, 2004 and launched on 17 June, 2004;

• 1.30% of shares held by the company (directly or through its subsidiaries) prior to the launch of the current buy back program.
