Euronext Brussels: Modification Of composition Of BEL20®-index

Following the press release of October 31, 2002 and further to the take-over bid by the company Ackermans & van Haaren NV on all publicly held GIB shares and based on the information in its possession the Market Authority has decided to apply the following modifications on Friday 8 November 2002 after the close of trading:

Incoming value	Mobistar	(number of shares: 124)
the weight of the other indexmembers will remain unchanged.

Consequently, the new composition of the BEL20® -index basket will be:
