Euronext Brussels BEL Indices

As a result of the quarterly review of 28 February 2006, the following changes for the BEL Mid index (BELM) and BEL Small index (BELS) will be effective as of Monday, 3 April 2006.

BEL Mid index:

The following stocks will enter the BELM:

• Roularta (ISIN: BE0003741551)
• Van de Velde (ISIN: BE0003705192)

Following the rule changes of the BEL20 index applicable since 1 December 2005, all the companies that are included in the BEL20 index will be excluded from the BELM index, as from the 3 April 2006. Therefore the following companies will be removed from the BELM index:

• Nationale Portefeuille (ISIN: BE0003053460)
• Bekaert (ISIN: BE0003780948)
• Cofinimmo (ISIN: BE0003593044)
• Omega Pharma (ISIN: BE0003785020)
• Barco (ISIN: BE0003790079)

BEL Small index:

The following stock will enter the BELS:

• Zetes (ISIN: BE0003827442)
• Spector (ISIN: BE0003663748)

The following stocks will be removed from the BELS:

• Roularta (ISIN: BE0003741551)
• Van de Velde (ISIN: BE0003705192)
• Ubizen (ISIN: BE0164029028)

BEL20 index

Based upon the figures until the end of February 2006, there are no reserve candidates for the BEL20® index, as no securities that are not in the index meet the minimum free float adjusted market capitalization threshold. This situation is valid for replacements that would occur from Thursday 16 March 2006 up to and including Wednesday 13 April 2006 after trading hours.
