Euronext Announces The Senior Bankers For It's Syndicate

Euronext, the pan-European exchange resulting from the merger of Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris exchanges, has chosen ABN AMRO Rothschild and BNP Paribas to act as joint global co-ordinators for the Euronext IPO.

ABN AMRO Rothschild, BNP Paribas and UBS Warburg will be joint bookrunners for the institutional offering.

Euronext’s IPO will include a retail offer with Société Générale acting as lead manager and ABN AMRO Rothschild and BNP Paribas as joint lead managers.
