Euronext Amsterdam: Listing Measure UPC

The management of Euronext Amsterdam has been informed on the content of today''s press release issued by UPC. From this press release it appears that UPC has a negative equity as per September 30 2001. The management of Euronext Amsterdam has decided to impose a listing measure on UPC as of today, according to article 65, lid 2 sub a of the Listing and Issueing Rules.

Trade in shares of UPC will commence at 11.00 a.m. today.
