The management of Euronext Amsterdam has been informed on the fact that Aino N.V. has a negative equity. The management of Euronext Amsterdam has decided to impose a listing measure on Aino N.V. as of Monday 16 September 2002, according to article 65, lid 2 sub a of the Listing and Issuing Rules (suspension of official listing).
