Euronext Amsterdam: Hal Trust New Entry In Next 150 Index

Euronext Indices B.V. today announced that following the official result of the takeover bid by Nine Telecom Reseau for French company Jet Multimedia, Jet Multimedia will be deleted from the Next 150 index with effect from 30 November 2000, in accordance with rule 6.3.3 of the index ground rules.

The highest ranking non-constituent by market capitalisation as at the close of business 24 November 2000, replaces Jet Multimedia in the Next 150 Index. Following ranking analysis, the Dutch company Hal Trust will enter the Next 150 Index effective 30 November 2000.
