The German-Swiss electronic exchange Eurex will cease trading in the three-month Euro-Libor futures contract by mid-1999 to focus on Euribor futures and options. Eurex plans in future to concentrate on offering the one-and three-month Euribor futures contracts, as well as options on the three-month Euribor futures contract.
