Esprit Holdings Limited IWF Increase In The S&P Asia 50 And S&P/Hkex Largecap Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following change in the S&P Asia 50 and S&P/HKEx LargeCap Indices effective after the close of trading Thursday, November 18, 2004:
  • Esprit Holdings Limited (Hong Kong, SEDOL: 6321642, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25504010), a member of the S&P Asia 50 and S&P/HKEx LargeCap Indices, Investible Weight Factor (IWF) will increase from 0.6235 to 0.7051. This change is due to the placement of 7.8% of existing shares by the company’s chairman. There is no change to the total shares outstanding.
