ESMA Releases Responses To MiFIDII/MiFIR Consultation And Discussion Papers

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has made public the responses it received to its Consultation and Discussion Papers on MiFID II/MiFIR.

In total ESMA received 344 responses to its Consultation Paper and 240 to the Discussion Paper. It is publishing those submissions where respondents opted to make them available to the public.

• Consultation Paper - 252 Public Responses; and
• Discussion Paper - 175 Public Responses.
