The European Securities and Markets Authority has published guidelines regarding the information that is periodically submitted to ESMA by credit rating agencies.
The guidelines provide details of:
- the information CRAs should regularly submit to ESMA as part of its on-going supervision;
- the information CRAs should submit for the calculation of the supervisory fees and market share calculation.
These guidelines apply only to registered CRAs, and do not apply to certified CRAs.
