ESMA Hearing On Future Market Abuse Measures

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) will be holding an open hearing on its discussion paper on possible implementing measures on the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

ESMA is seeking input from investors that deal in financial instruments and emission allowances subject to the Market Abuse Regulation, issuers of instruments that fall within the scope of the Regulation, financial intermediaries and operators of trading venues.

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, 15 January 2014, from 14.00 to 17.00 CET at ESMA premises in Paris.
